This summer, find real solutions for living a better, healthier lifestyle as well as way for gentler treatment of the environment. The Berkshires Green and Healthy Living Expo will be taking place at beautiful Ski Butternut in Great Barrington, MA the weekend of July 12-13.
This Expo is designed to increase the Berkshires community’s awareness and knowledge of topics ranging from integrative healthcare to green and sustainable resources through an offering of presentations, lectures, hands-on workshops, and unique exhibitors.

You will be offered tips from renowned professionals on everything from simple changes to lifestyle makeovers. The Expo will provide a forum for citizens and small businesses to learn more about how they can begin to make the transition to a more active and sustainable consumerism as well as highlighting fitness, products, services and environmental choices and which can contribute to a better future for our planet and ourselves.

While being “green” is a new, exciting idea for many, for others it has been a way of life for years. Regardless of which category you fall into, being “green” is a concept that has firmly taken root but takes on many meanings. The Berkshires Green and Healthy Living Expos goal is to bring together like-minded companies, organizations and health practitioners with Berkshires residents both curious and committed to the preservation of both our environment and bodies while in making a positive difference in their communities.
